Today, Nandankanan Zoological Park achieved a remarkable milestone as the Honourable Forest, Environment, and Climate Change Minister inaugurated India’s first exclusive exotic primate enclosure. This unique attraction is now home to rare primate species such as the Cotton Top and Golden Handed Tamarins, Siamangs, Black Tufted and Geoffroy’s Marmosets, and the lively Squirrel Monkeys. The enclosure promises an enriching experience for visitors and reinforces Nandankanan’s commitment to primate conservation and education.
